Transmission job

This dodge truck was on the tow truck heading to are shop for a new transmission.  He like others were taking the summit by storm, and well it took out his transmission . So 3500 later he will be cruz in again...

Tow trucks

We towed this in and turned it in to a motor swap , pulled the 5.0 liter out and put another one in. Thing that sucks is the replacement wasn't any better then the next one, so we had to do it twice .

Out with the old, in with the new. ..

2005 ford Taurus we towed in needs a new motor.  It's funny how we brought it in with are towing company and gave them a quote for the repair and they wanted to take it to there shop, and so they rented a uhaul dolly and took it home, 6 weeks later I received a call asking if the offer still stands for the repair.  So are towing company went up to cedar hills are retrieved the car. Well sometimes things have to be done the long way but it's ok. Thanks for the business. ..

2009 Subaru Legacy

We have done so many of these motors , it's almost a 3 hour job to pull the motor and replace with another used one. After we prepared the motor on the pallet it only took an hour to install and have the car running.  Love subaru!  Good cars and good money makers for are repair shop in Holden , Fillmore Utah

Almost a bad time

We went out to Tow this Chrysler Town & country that was missing it's front wheel.  Apparently this young ladies husband did the front brakes and didn't tighten the lug nuts down good. Well what could have been a bad thing turned out to be fun for there family and ours.we BBQ d and had a water balloon fight , then put them up in are home for the night while I repaired there van. The young lady said her kids had the best time in a long time being here . She said it was a pleasure breaking down here like it was meant to be. Her sister that was riding a long said she wished her kids were here too. The greatest moments we have in are shop are the times like this .

Diesel engine repairs

We bought a used diesel engine,  installed it and it ran with a mis . We opened it up and found someone had took the rockers off the valves and stole part of an injector. . Crazy way to buy a motor .but we repaired it in are shop and was back on the road real fast...

Belts

They say trouble comes in 3's, tonight are tow trucks went out and picked up a dodge van, Saab and ford focus all having the belt broke. Thank you car quest for having the parts...

Head gaskets

We towed this van in from mile post 178 on I-15 , very nice elder couple . We had to repair the head gaskets and get them back on the road to Arizona.  They said are towing service was very affordable in price.

Diesel engine

Good thing we have experienced mechanic's,  Toby was on i-70 picking up another Subaru in are power stroke Tow truck when he blew the motor going 85 over the top. That's what happens when you want to beat the time you told to customer you would be there. Thanks for hurrying Toby...
  He helped replace the motor and is back on the road after 3 days

Gone Boating!

  This was a inyeresting wreck we picked up.. The Toyota 4Runner and trailer were on its side by the road, The Boat was off the trailer down by the freeway fence line. Took 4 hours to load everything and haul it back to the Yard. But our  Towing Company did this job safley and damage free....  Thanks for the business Garin..

Japanese ROCKS!

      Since November we have put in14 different subaru motors. These cars are really pretty awesome ...
 They have ranged from 1999 to 2009 and everytime we done them it became faster, We did pull one and installed a prepped and ready to go motor in 8 hours. True money makers at that!  One of are mechanic has the nick name SCOOBY... We cant get enough Subaru jobs in his book, LOL . Fun Times here in are Auto Repair Shop. Keep Towing them in Toby!

Sludge inside a 2006 Hyundai motor

This is nasty! This young couple just bought this Hyundai tucson on KSL and made it a 120 miles when the motor blew. We opened up the motor to see what went wrong and found this sludge, Sludge is from lack of oil changes and low quality products. We put in an LKQ motor and they were off drivin there new car in 2 weeks and now with are 12 month 12000 mile warrenty..
